  1. WARRANTY PROVISIONS

– The device is warranted free of charge if the product is still under warranty from the date of delivery. The product is warranted within the warranty period stated on the warranty card, warranty stamp, serial number, etc.

– Warranty for equipment and components provided by the company

-Customers must comply with the regulations instructed by the maintenance staff, environmental conditions, voltage for using the equipment, and must not arbitrarily change, repair or upgrade the equipment in any case.

  1. CASES NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY

– Customers disassemble, repair, and change the product structure themselves.

– Due to user error, operating incorrectly according to the instructions included with the machine, using materials that do not meet the manufacturer’s standards.

– Due to objective reasons such as: unstable power source (too high, too low or erratic), falling, breaking, strong impact due to natural disasters, fire, explosion, etc.

– In this case, the user must bear all costs incurred for repair and replacement (if any).

Warranty case:

  • The warranty will be void if:

– The Model Number & Serial Number of the machine are not the same as the number on the Warranty Card.

– The content of the warranty card is erased or faded.

  • Warranty card is issued only once for each product and is issued by MBH company.
  1. WARRANTY PERIOD

– The latest time for warranty staff to be present at the customer’s workplace is 24 hours if within the city and 48 hours for working provinces from the time of receiving notice from the customer (except in cases of force majeure caused by natural disasters such as: storms, floods, lightning strikes or earthquakes…).

 WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Before performing the warranty process, customers must make sure:

  1. You have carefully inspected the product you have purchased to ensure that there are no defects on the product such as scratches or dents.
  2. All accessories, equipment, and models that you purchase are accurate in color, quality, and quantity.

3. Please follow the installation instructions and user manual included with the product.

  1. Always keep the sales invoice and warranty card for easy comparison in case of problems.
  2. Read and check product information and necessary notes carefully.

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. When there is a problem, customers contact and report the problem to the company’s warranty centers. Customers can notify via hotline, website, company fanpage… to notify and describe the problem in detail.
  2. Customer service staff will be on hand to receive customer warranty notifications and immediately forward them to the Warranty Center Manager or customer service organization.
  3. The warranty center manager or customer service team analyzes the problem or predicts the error, and if necessary, contacts the customer to receive more information about the problem.
  4. Warranty technicians come to customers for on-site warranty.
  5. The warranty method is to replace each part or replace the entire assembly. In case of serious damage that requires to be brought to the warranty center for repair, the device will be temporarily replaced with an equivalent device to ensure the customer’s continuous operation.

6. SHIPPING/DELIVERY/INSTALLATION POLICY

1. RELAX FITNESS LLC specializes in providing exercise equipment with free delivery to the address requested by the customer. For orders outside the province, the company will charge additional shipping costs.

2. Delivery time will be adjusted according to customer requirements, or the geographical location the customer wants to send to.

3. Ensure to provide goods according to agreed price and quantity

4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a customer’s order if the customer does not provide sufficient information for shipping and delivery to take place.
